SafeRegister is a separately priced bridge application for compatible third-party access-control platforms.

Can StoRegister implement a first system or migrate an existing operation?

Yes, within an agreed scope. For a first system, StoRegister can collect opening information, configure selected applications, rehearse workflows and guide users through go-live. For a migration, StoRegister can assess an authorised source export, map supported fields, test, migrate and reconcile accepted records before cutover. Source access, data quality, responsibilities, fees and acceptance criteria are documented in the applicable agreement.

What do adoption-led guidance and 24/7 request intake mean?

Adoption-led guidance keeps the focus on confident daily use after go-live. Assistance requests can be raised 24/7, while staffed coverage, channels, response and resolution targets, duration and endpoint follow the proposal and applicable agreement.

Does SafeRegister supply access-control hardware?

No. SafeRegister is a separately priced StoRegister software application that bridges an agreed workflow to compatible third-party access-control platforms. TieBuzz does not manufacture or supply gates, controllers, readers, locks or installation services; hardware and field support remain with the selected provider unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Which legal entity supplies and invoices StoRegister?

TieBuzz Solutions Private Limited, incorporated in India, is the sole contracting party, supplier and invoice issuer for StoRegister customers worldwide. StoRegister is TieBuzz’s product and trade name; it is not a separate legal entity and does not represent a local-country office. Signed TieBuzz documents define the purchased scope, fees, responsibilities and service commitments.
